We raise our cattle with the goal of producing high-quality beef our own family is proud to eat—and we’re excited to share it with yours.
Quality you can taste!
We offer a limited number of our cattle for custom-finished beef each year. Beef is available in ¼, ½, or whole beef quantities.
Our cattle are born, raised and finished here at Roller Ranch, then processed locally at Perham Meat Market, our preferred processor. All cattle are picked up directly from Perham Meat Market after processing.

We will contact you approximately one month before your beef is ready for processing and pickup.

Choose a ¼, ½, or whole beef.

Beef is priced by hanging weight. Final pricing is determined by the animal’s grade and current market conditions at the time of processing.

Customers are responsible for all processing fees paid directly to Perham Meat Market.
